2009 (Junior)
Started in all 39 contests he played in...had 34 hits in 136 at
bats for a .250 batting average...led the team in triples (2),
third in doubles (8) and tied for third with two home runs... drove
in 21 runs which was third best on the team and had five sacrifice
flies...led the Pirates in stolen bases, successfully advancing all
eight times he attempted...Chi Alpha Sigma recipient.
2008 (Sophomore)
Started in 36 of the 37 games he played in...had 40 hits in 128 at
bats for a .313 batting average...led the team in triples with five
and was fifth on the team in doubles with 10...drove in 31
runs...had a .516 slugging percentage and .416 on base
percentage...pitched 14.2 innings in eight appearances and held
opponents to a .300 batting average...recorded a 9.82 ERA.
2007 (First Year)
Wooten appeared in 35 games starting 28 games in his rookie
campaign...in 103 plate appearances had 29 hits for a .282 batting
average...scored 25 runs and hit 3 doubles, 4 triples and had 3
homeruns on the year...batted in 14 RBIs...had a slugging
percentage of .476...was walked 19 times and got hit two times had
had an on base percentage of .400...struckout 20 times on the
year...was 4 for 5 in stolen bases...had a fielding percentage of
.811 in 53 chances had 22 putouts and 21 assists...registered 10
errors on the year.

Wooten was a 2004 2nd Team All-District pick, a 2005 and 2006 1st
Team All-District pick, was All-Tri-County three years (2004-2006),
was the Hop Priest Tournament MVP in 2004, All-Tournament
(2004-2006), an Academic All-District pick (2004-2006), in 2006 was
a Academic All-State selection and played in the state playoffs
three years (2004-2006) for the Cardinals at Columbus HS.
